CANCELED ORDER / RETURN OF PRODUCTS AND GOODS

Ι. Returns of products / goods charged by the Company

Returns of products or goods charged by the Company are accepted only in the following cases:

In all cases in which through its fault Company the order was executed incorrectly (error in ordering, invoicing or shipping). In this case, the customer must not accept the receipt of the product / goods from the beginning. Products / goods must be returned in excellent condition, sealed, complete, unused and undamaged. The products must be returned in their original packaging.

In case the presence of any defect on the products is found upon receipt, the Company must replace these defective products. Defective products must be returned to the Company immediately to prove the user's claim. Any shipping costs for the replacement of the products but also for the return of the defective products to the Company are borne by the latter. If it is determined that the defects mentioned by the user occur, the Company must proceed to the replacement of the defective products or the return of the money paid immediately, no later than fourteen (14) calendar days from the receipt of the defective products by the Company.

To accept a return you must have the Product (cumulatively):

- be in the received state,

- once the original packaging has been opened, it must be intact, free of damage and tears and must be returned with the Product,

- be complete

- bring with him all the documents that accompanied the product. Original purchase documents and any other accompanying form or item e.g.

labels, tags, warranty form, instructions for use, etc.)

- to bring all the accessories and additional benefits - benefits that accompanied its sale,

11.3 Withdrawal - Returns of goods / goods at the customer's expense

Return of products / goods at the customer's expense is accepted within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of delivery to the customer, in cases where the customer in good faith and without abusing the relevant right has changed his mind and no longer wishes to purchase of the product / commodity using the right of withdrawal. The right of withdrawal is exercised with a clear statement of the consumer to the website www.stoaaromatos.gr. It is allowed the return of the products / goods by the customer himself at the headquarters of the Company after consultation. The returned product must be in excellent condition within its original packaging, must not have been damaged and must be accompanied by all the documents proving the transaction (Shipping Receipt / Invoice / Retail Receipt etc.) as well as the completed Return Form which is enclosed in the packaging of each order.
